Partner with GenomeNarrator
GenomeNarrator turns a raw DNA file into an evidence-graded report on disease risk, carrier status and drug response. There are three ways to build on it: help people get genotyped, bring the report into a clinical practice, or show it to an audience and get it free.
Kit fulfillment
GenomeNarrator does not sell a DNA kit yet and is choosing the partners to launch one with: kit manufacturing and fulfillment, genotyping or sequencing labs, sample logistics, or one partner covering the whole path. The path runs order, ship, process, deliver, report: a customer orders from GenomeNarrator, the kit ships in GenomeNarrator packaging with a prepaid return label, the lab runs an array, exome or whole genome, a standard data file comes back over a secure channel, and GenomeNarrator builds the report. Partners need CLIA certification for any lab step (CAP preferred), output as a VCF or a consumer-array raw text file, written consent and chain of custody, a published schedule for destroying samples and deleting data, and a data handoff that fits GenomeNarrator's rule of not storing raw genome files.
Clinics
For clinics and practices, health platforms and EHR vendors, and employer or benefits programs. Available today: a clinic workspace with owner, admin, clinician and nurse roles in the practice's own colors, where staff who handle seats and billing never see a genomic finding; patient consent the patient controls, with access that expires on a set date (up to a year) and one-click withdrawal; an audit log of every report view; a one-page clinician summary PDF and a FHIR bundle; drug and gene guidance across 41 genes graded at CPIC's evidence levels, checked against PharmCAT for 3,202 people; and 80 blood tests across 11 panels read against the patient's genotype. Direct EHR integration, API access and seat pricing are being worked out with the first clinics. GenomeNarrator interprets consumer genotype data for education; it is not a diagnostic test and is not FDA cleared.
Creator program
Creators who make videos, podcasts, posts or newsletters about health, fitness, science or ancestry can apply for a free Complete account. In return they make at least one piece that shows GenomeNarrator in use, say clearly that they got it free, keep their opinion their own (nothing is scripted or approved), and never present a result as a diagnosis or suggest changing a medication because of one. The sample report runs on a public research genome, so a creator can show every feature without putting their own DNA on camera. Any audience size can apply.
Applications are read by a person within 3 to 5 business days. See also how GenomeNarrator works and pricing.
